How to enable payments
Check Screen Time / parental controls
Open Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Go to iTunes & App Store Purchases and make sure In-App Purchases are Allowed.
Confirm you’re signed in with the right Apple ID
Open Settings → tap your name at the top.
Make sure this is the Apple ID that should be allowed to make purchases.
Verify your payment method
In Settings → tap your name → Payment & Shipping.
Add or update a valid payment method if needed.
Check for work or school restrictions
If this device is managed by your company or school, payments may be blocked.
Contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.
