How to enable payments

  1. Check Screen Time / parental controls

    • Open SettingsScreen TimeContent & Privacy Restrictions.

    • Go to iTunes & App Store Purchases and make sure In-App Purchases are Allowed.

  2. Confirm you’re signed in with the right Apple ID

    • Open Settings → tap your name at the top.

    • Make sure this is the Apple ID that should be allowed to make purchases.

  3. Verify your payment method

    • In Settings → tap your name → Payment & Shipping.

    • Add or update a valid payment method if needed.

  4. Check for work or school restrictions

    • If this device is managed by your company or school, payments may be blocked.

    • Contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake.

  5. Still can’t purchase?

    • Visit Apple Support for your region for more help.
